YOUR VERY OWN
CHILDREN’S BOOK

An 8 week journey to bring the story from out of your head onto the page

The world is ready for

your tale to be told.

Imagine all of the hope, optimism and joy your book will infuse the world with. Parents across the globe tucking their kids in at night reading your book as their favorite bedtime story. Envision a child sitting on the couch, wide-eyed with wonder reading your book out loud as they excitedly turn each page with anticipation and delight. Picture seeing your story, on a shelf at your favorite bookstore, or on Amazon next to all of your favorite authors. Let’s make it happen.

This 8 week course is a pathway to bring those visions to reality. As a published author I can assure you, there’s nothing quite like actually holding your book in your hands or better yet, seeing it come alive in the imagination of another.

This 8 week course is a pathway to bring those visions to reality. As a published author I can assure you, there’s nothing quite like actually holding your book in your hands or better yet, seeing it come alive in the imagination of another.

I call this course a journey because it will be. As simple as they may seem, children’s books are no easier to write than books for adults. It might take you less time than penning a 1,200 page novel, but kid’s books also require iconic and relatable characters, engaging story arcs, precise & poetic language and the ability to see the world through the eyes of a child. The brilliance and challenge of creating a children’s book is that they are intentionally short and succinct. In this training, we’ll get to the heart of your story, align the words and artwork to your vision and bring the story inside of you out into the world.
